Phone interview then face to face, asking about how much you know about FDM. Make sure u understand how FDM works. Make sure u r willing to be allocated to any banks or other companies. Then, ask u basic understanding on SQL database C, and java.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
