they will give you a phone call interview first. then, you will go to the office to take 3 tests plus interviews. it takes 1 day to finish all the assessments. the tests are about IT and programming and logic test. Interview is more about behaviour questions.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
