The process was fast after I submitted my application online. They called me for a short telephone interview, tell me in detail about the stream and unpaid training, etc. Then asked me whether I have a work permit in the UK and I'm non-EEA student so the answer is no. Thus they said unfortunately but they can't progress my application any further,

Short and easy interview process. Initial interview is with recruiter, The recruiter will give you pointers after the interview. Second interview is with recruiter again but this time they are making sure you have taken their advise. Third and final interview is a group interview.
