Video interview asking behavioural questions. I thought I did ok but apparently the interview assesses 3 of 7 strengths they want, and I didn't display any of these. When I asked for information on this I didn't get a reply.

1. phone screen with some general questions 2. online test involving simple pattern recognition, calculation, and coding 3. video interview with 5 strength-based questions, 30 sec prep, 120 sec recording 4. assessment centre

Step 1 -Screening over the phone by a recruiter
Step 2 & 3 - Aptitude Test & Recorded Video Interview
Step 4 - Getting Invited to the assessment centre which consists of two one-on-one interview rounds(Sales & Technical)

Why do you think resilience would be an important trait for an FDM BI consultant.
You get a call first from the recruiter, then you move onto the pre-recorded video interview stage. This then moves onto a 3 on 1 interview. I haven't got to this stage yet.
