Interview consisted of phone interview which wasn’t difficult.. then at the assessment day there are 3 interviews. These were done by 3 different individuals who were working in different fields. They asked 2/3 questions each and if you didn’t answer their question then they would ask you more questions to make it clearer.. use STAR

Entretien
I first had a telephone interview with one of FDM Group's recruitment specialists.
The second stage was an Assessment Day in FDM's Manchester office, which included several tests and three 10-min face to face interviews
