Phone Interview quickly followed by easy multiple choice ~20 questions logic/algorithm type questions
Followed by Video interview about half an hour the next day.
Then final round interview video interview where you interview with other candidates on the day and rotate with interviewers. You have 3 interviews (behavioural, technical and with account manager)

Entretien
Interview process was smooth and I was kept well-informed throughout it all by the recruiter. Managed to proceed onto the last stage of the interviews and both technical and situation interviewers were very accommodating.

How would the relationships that you formed with colleagues in FDM assist you in your work?
The aptitude test was very easy and the recruiter contacted me just in 2 hours after I have done the test. Also, the recruiter was very friendly. It was a nice experience to precede to the next stage of the recruiting process.
They give you a lot of info on the interview, and tips for what they want to see. They also give you feedback after. It's a multistep process including pre recorded interviews and tests.
