J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez FDM Group

It was a long process, with multiple stages and multiple people. They seem nice and open but they ended up being very picky. Final interview was a fast-paced timed interview which is no way to learn about your candidates. Multiple people asked very similar questions and were held through Zoom, they were apparently not allowed to ask follow up questions to entice better answers (I can't read your minds and I don't want to ramble on, so it's better for a 'conversational' interview to take place). I was rejected because my examples for interview questions were not elaborated enough? Maybe if you gave us more time, asked us follow up questions, we would show you what sort of person we really are instead of making the interview into a gameshow. I read bad reviews about this FDM but I wanted interview practice anyway, it was useless because most other companies ask better questions and actually have a conversation with you. Once you get the role, you are contractually obliged to stay and if you leave, they make you pay for the training. Seemed like I was signing my next 2 years away. I would not recommend this company in general.

One way interview, with pre recorded questions. Aptitude tests testing numerical, verbal skills and technical knowledge. 3 Zoom interviews at the end all on the same day, which took around 3 hours.
