The application process is quick. There are 5 rounds of interviews. I applied online on Thursday and then called me on Monday the following week. This round of telephone inquiries asked me some basic information, such as my status in Canada, when I graduate, when I can start working, GPA, which region I prefer to work at, etc., and made an appointment of technical interview (15 minutes over phone) the next day. This phone technical interview asked me to introduce myself and ask some basic concepts of OOP and SQL and my understanding of their company. Then give me two links, one is an online technical assessment and the other is a pre-recorded behavioral interview. The final round is an online video interview with separate behavioral and technical interviews. Behavioral interview for 15 minutes and technical interview for 20 minutes. The interviewers are very nice. The technical interview will ask some basic OOP, Java, SQL concepts and solutions. The HR I contacted was also super nice and gave me a lot of feedback and suggestions to help me with the final round of interviews.

The hiring process starts with a call from the recruiter asking if you are still looking for a job and are still keen on the opening at FDM Group, then you undergo two to three rounds of interviews.
