I applied on line for the IT consultancy Graduate scheme of FDM. After 2 days I had the first phone interview and after a week an Assessment Centre which included 3 tests (Mathematical, Aptitude and Set Notation and Venn Diagrams) and 3 Interviews. The tests were relatively easy except the last one (Set Notation and Venn Diagrams) which was a bit tricky. The aptitude test had more than 15 technical questions but I passed it although I don't have any IT background.
