Called into office for face to face interview and then assessment day. Face to face asked questions about yourself and told you about what FDM do. Assessment day was team building activity followed by some written tests to test your knowledge

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
