Entretien
Started the day with some presentations from an FDM employee.
We then had to do some tests: : Logical reasoning test and a math test.
Both tests weren't too hard, having a few days to prepare for them helped a lot.
We then had some quick-fire interviews, three interviewers each session lasting approximately five minutes, they asked around four questions each, the questions were related to the company itself, your degree background and your personal skills.
Overall it was a nice experience, and I felt comfortable around all the other interviewees.

The hiring process starts with a call from the recruiter asking if you are still looking for a job and are still keen on the opening at FDM Group, then you undergo two to three rounds of interviews.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
