Good interview process. The whole process was conducted online. There are one phone screening, one online test, one video interview and a live zoom interview (including one technical interview and one strength-based interview).

Be aware they will string you along. Interview process was straight forward and quite easy. They were helpful through the whole process. I was informed verbally that I had gotten the job but a contract can't be given till 2 months which will be closer to the start date. Then 2 months later they said I had to do another interview and after that interview they said I had failed the process. Made no sense and felt like a complete waste of time. I checked in regularly with the recruiter also who kept reassuring me there's nothing to worry about and that I had the job. Then out of no where they said I had to do another interview.

It is a 3 step process First one is recruiter calls you for initial screening Then a video interview the questions are pre recorded you have to answer each question using STAR technique And finally technical interview
