I met with a recruiter and had an on-campus Mensa test, a programming problem, and two-person interview. This was followed by an interview at their headquarters in Denver a couple weeks later. The Denver interview had HR and technical components done by two different employees. Afterwards, myself and another applicant were taken out to a fantastic lunch by a third employee. I was sent an offer the following week.
