It was three parts for me. The standard basic questions to get a sense of who you are and that you have more than knowledge. FAST prides itself on hiring people who are both smart, but also have a personality and would fit in. Technical test and lastly an IQ test. After which they took me to a very nice, expensive dinner. I didn't expect this at all.

It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

Apply online then hr call then quick call with recuiter, then final round with behavioral, coding portion and logic questions. was pretty long of a call expect 1hr 30 min to 2 hours on call.

3 intervies
- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
