I conducted a phone interview with Fidelity for positions in both the Dallas and Denver area the interviewer was extremely polite and offered a ton of valuable information about the position and the company. They said they would call back in a couple days regardless of their decision and they did and it was a breath of fresh air. It was a nice change of pace from companies saying they will call and never following up.
