They take a lot of time to set you up in the initial stages with the HR staff and are highly communicative. After that, they move you to the interview process. I tried to reach out regarding feedback or next steps and never heard back after multiple attempts. It is unprofessional to ask people to take time to interview and not give them the courtesy of a response.
