I was contacted via LinkedIn and asked to phone interview. I spoke with the Marketing Manager on the phone and was later invited in for an in person interview with the team. Met with all 5 team members and received a verbal offer the next day. I had other offers on the table but choose Glassdoor because everyone seemed so excited to speak with me and enthusiastic about my background. They seemed to be genuinely excited about my potential there so I rejected 2 other offers and went with them.
