Thank you for giving us feedback on your interview experience. While we strive for a high touch, it sounds like we did not do a good job in setting expectations around the next steps (e.g. onsite interview) and didn't afford you the opportunity to talk about your accomplishments by way of your portfolio. I'll take this back to both our Design teams (hiring partners) as well as our recruiters so that we can do a better job with professionals.
