Initial resume drop, then a call with a recruiter, then one-way interview (mine was HireVue), finally ended with a SuperDay (ie three back to back interviews ranging 30-45 mins each I think. Questions were primarily behavioral and the interviewers wanted to hear the questions candidates prepared for them.

Applied and completed an online assessment (OA), followed by a second round which was a HireVue interview consisting of 5 technical and behavioral questions. This was then followed by two back-to-back superday interviews, each lasting one hour, on the same day.

Preference of software/quant was asked in the test. In the test there is a behavioural section, if you answer that properly you will get an interview.
There was a panel of 3-4 members in the software team, usually you got your interview in 2 panels (for two rounds of the same difficulty)

They ask basic arrays, and linked list questions in DSA. Other than that they discussed my projects, there was not really much else in the interview for both the rounds. If you have a good introduction about yourself prepared, are knowledgeable about your projects and know basic DSA, you can get hired.
