After the initial application you are invited to a math and coding assessment. It seems like you won't pass that unless you have absolutely exceptional credentials or have attended some Goldman events where they record e-mails and let you continue the process from there. I've done assessments together with other people for other people too. We've finished tests with no mistakes whatsoever and still a pass was not granted. This is a place where you need to know the right people to get in or to have won a maths olympiad when you were 14.
