It was a very thorough interview process and helpful for me to also evaluate if this is the right organisation for me and whether the role is one I am confident I can handle. Very professional and thorough. I was impressed by the process, but also a bit weary of jumping through so many hoops by the end. If they had asked for one more round I would have probably accepted the offer from Robert Walters instead.
