I was asked to an interview. It lasted about 30 minutes and the recruiter seemed to have a check list of x questions, asked them and answered every question with "hm, okay" - very uninspiring and boring talk. Also, the job description seemed a lot more fun then it was when she explained the job in person. Employer branding was not very great - I did not want to work in that company after the interview.
