The interview process is pretty casual, I had coffee chats with the Manager and another with the Head of the office. They did not get me to meet other team members.
J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Hays (Kuala Lumpur) en juil. 2016
Entretien
Quiet brief there are 2 to 3 level of interviews but mostly are done in a day time meeting different managers and business director. Very straight forward no ambiguous questions such as tell me about yourself or where do you see yourself 5 years down the road. Questions were target more into behavioural looking for someone who is result-oriented and high sense of urgency.
J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Hays (Londres, Angleterre) en mai 2013
Entretien
4 interviews with various senior management.
1) 1:1 Director
2) 1:1 Different Director
3) Met both directors again
3) Met both directors and members of the team.
I liked the interview process, to me it came across as informal chats which I prefer. They discussed what they do and are looking to do going forward. Then we talked about my relevant experience.
