Assessment centre with 10 other people then a individual interview with management. They did reference checks. The whole process was quite easy and transparent. it was managed by a recruitment agency

It was a more of a casual interview than a professional one. They asked about previous experiences, skills and the job requirements. The ambiance was relaxing and I felt welcomed from day one.
