Nach einer schnellen Rückmeldung mit einer Einladung für ein Telefoninterview, wurde noch im Telefongespräch ein Termin für ein persönliches Kennenlernen angeboten und vereinbart. Sehr offenes Bewerbungsgespräch mit echtem Interesse an der meiner Person. Schnelle Kommunikation und Rückmeldung.

First contact with the recruiter who is there to answer all your question and provide any help you need. They do a preliminary short phone interview to make sure you are right for the position
If positive interview date is set, then interview takes place.
Time line is clearly established and respected, they keep in good contact with the candidate and update them on the process.
