They first require you to take a logical test. If the result if satisfactory, they will invite you to do two interviews: (1) HR (2) Manager from some department. If you pass that, then they will invite you to an assessment center for the final round of interviews and tests.

First a recorded interview where you answer questions, then a video call with TA talking about alignment, previous experiences.. then case study, where you receive a case (around 30 pages) and have 75 min to prepare a presentation.

Several rounds of interviews: HR, Case Study, Business, if you make it to the end you will get invited to participate an Assessment Center in person. I didn't make it to the AC. The process is lengthy but HR is supportive and responsive to provide prompt feedback.
