I applied online. After a phone interview i was called back for join the Group assessment in Milan.
During the assessment i did both individual an Group problem-solving tests. Technical knowledges were not tested

autopresentation in English? Why do you want work in Hilti?
I feel their UK HR is indifferent; he doesn't reply to the email, just sends emails like a robot.
I may wonder if their company culture isn't as they told on its website.
