I was fast traced to the final partner interview since I participated in the Financial Elite Challenge. The interviewer was a the CFO of London who I knew from the challenge. He was very nice and simply asked me about some questions on my CV.

start with a group discussion including introduce yourself and others, simple debate about a certain topic, then people are grouped into two groups to discuss a case for 20 mins and then present. Then a break, people who are shortlisted got an CV interviewed by HR. Then a break, people who are shortlisted got interviewed by a senior manager, some questions are technical, but most of them are not hard.
