i submitted my resume through employee referral, then after a week, they contacted me for get to know you screening. they said it's not yet the actual interview, so i assumed there would be a second round.

they asked common behavioral questions. what will you do if you need a signature from someone who isn't available now while the deadline is fast approaching.
