Phone interview one on one with talents acquisition, then phone interview with senior management, finally a panel interview with 3 Senior Directors of Clinical Trial Management. They moved really fast from first submission of your application through providing the offer. The whole process was from your home office, there was not a true 'in person' interview. Everything was done via webcam.

interview with hiring manager, behaviour and situation questions to assess your level of knowledge. took all by all appromimately one hour in total. Descision to extend an offer was made around 1 week later. Smooth transition.
The interview process was pretty standard. Phone screening with Talent Aquisition Recruiter, followed by an interview with hiring manager.
The interview itself was standard questions, nothing really threw me off. Review the job description and how your qualifications align with it.
