Pretty quick, questions about experience and how you think ur the best fit for the job. Ended up getting the job overall. I find the interviewees comforting throughout. I definitely think if you have the experience you will be fine

Great telephone interview ... fun and direct, candid but not too nerve wracking It took a little longer than I was told to get the call for the 1:1 This was interesting because my interviewer had only been employed there for 2 weeks ... which seemed quite inappropriate. Maybe (from looking at me at the reception area) they thought I was not a good candidate (not likely but?) .... or simply had so many applicants booked on Sunday afternoon that they had to "double up" the 1:1s with two (or more?) interviewers. In the end, I was very disappointed cause maybe I appeared to be overqualified (having driven a forklift for WalMart for the last 7 years and was paid twice what Ikea was ititially offering?
