After submitting online application I was contacted by an IKEA recruiter for a phone interview. I then did a phone interview with the department manager, division manager, and store manager.

The process was very smooth. I was told what to expect and when it would happen. Communication throughout was excellent. Each person I spoke with was truly genuine and cared about my intentions and what I was looking for in a company.
