Initially called in for a group interview with about 8 other people. Sat and watched a presentation on the company, the culture, the people and the products. Then had a mini speed-dating type interview where each person was paired with a shop-keeper (manager) and asked a question while being given 2 minutes to answer. The managers then rotated to the next person and asked a different question, until everyone had been asked 8 different questions.

It was an exclusive interview with people invited from two colleges. The number of applicants was over 25. We had basic introductions, a GD and an interview afterwards. My interviewers were polite though same was not the case for other people.
