Got a call from HR after applying on LinkedIn.
After 2 weeks got a call from the scheduler who helped schedule the first round of interview.
There were 3 rounds of interview. All went well - but did not get a feedback after that. Followed up with HR but no response from them.

Interview starts with hypervue. Then you wait for a while, and if J&J is interested the recruiter will reach out and setup next steps. The interview questions is straightforward. Sometimes the scheduling can be a bit challenging as they need to get all the panel interviewers calendars to fit. After about a couple of weeks they will let you know if they are moving on or not.
