The interview process is as follows: - Resume Screening - 30-minute 1:1 with HR - First round case with Manager - Second round case with Principal - Third round case with HR and technical case - Fourth round case with partner Be prepared to discuss why you decided to apply to Kearney and which other consulting firms you applied to, and why you applied for those. English will be tested during one of the cases. Cases are not exaggeratedly hard but some interviewers try to resemble a real client-facing situation, putting you under a lot of psychological pressure.

Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
