The interview process was long and required more stages than any other company I applied to. Aptitude test, video recorded interview, caliper test, and then an in person interview in Chicago consisting of a product presentation and a sales pitch. Smart guys that were hard to read but clearly have a set idea for who they are looking for.

First attended an info session, followed by online self taped interviews. Was invited to Career Day interview where I had to prepare a sales pitch for a product followed by behavioral interview.

1. Basic intro session on Zoom where we learned more about the company and the hiring process.
2. Mechanical aptitude test (nothing too crazy even with no science background)
3. HireVue was awkward at first, mostly typical sales question
4. I didn't get here but there'd be one more interview I believe

Entretien
The interview process began with a recruiter who reached out to me on LinkedIn. Next steps involved an informative phone call. After the phone call, the recruiter sent over a Weisen Technical assessment (straight forward/ easy), and a HireVue Digital interview assessment.
