Der erste Schritt ist ein Telefoninterview. Danach wird man zu AC nach Frankfurt eingeladen. Zwei Personaler sind anwesend. Bei jedem hat man ein Einzelgespräch. Währenddessen müssen die anderen oder man selber den Calippo Test machen. Danach Präsentation mit 10 Minuten Vorbereitungszeit. Anschließend wir ausgesiebt.
Weiter geht es mit einer weiteren Präsentation mit 5 Minuten Vorbereitungszeit. Danach eine Gruppenaufgabe gefolgt von einem Gespräch mit beiden Personalern inklusive Verkaufsgespräch.

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
