J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Keyence (Chicago, IL) en nov. 2018
Entretien
Jumped through all the hoops till the on-site. I was questioned multiple times why I wanted to be a Sales ENGINEER when I had an ENGINEERING degree and technical sales experience through an internship. I felt like they did not believe what I had to say and that irked me. Half the kids there were total idiots and I still can not fathom how I did not get the position. Oh well, their loss

Entretien
My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
