Een recruiter benadert je via LinkedIn. Vervolgens stuur je je CV door en word je opgebeld voor een eerste gesprek. Dit is een algemeen gesprek met een recruiter. Hierna volgt een tweede gesprek met een andere recruiter die je ook algemene vragen gaat stellen en waarmee je een rollenspel gaat voeren. Als dit goed verloopt heb je nog twee gesprekken met twee managers. Deze gesprekken duren erg kort en ook hier moet je telkens een rollenspel voeren om de managers te kunnen overtuigen.

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

In the initial round, i have quick interview with the HR staff, and a 30 minutues IQ test (the test was moderate level i think)

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
