First had an info session. Then sent email later that day with link to a test and a link to HireVue. The test was over physics. Then link to interview where your recorded yourself answering questions.

Lots of steps that are probably designed to weed out the people who don't care enough. Video interview with no one on the other side, physics test that has to be passed, multiple other interview steps and an in person interview at headquarters.
