Appalling treatment of candidates - nearly two months later, I have still not been given interview feedback.
I applied on the website and was contacted very quickly to do an online Hirevue interview. A week after I had completed this, I was invited to a Microsoft Teams interview. The interviewers were friendly and the questions they asked were very standard.
I was told I would be contacted by the end of the week - it has now been 7 weeks and I have heard nothing. I have sent three emails asking about feedback, and have received zero responses from Keyence. Given the fact that I had done both a Hirevue interview and a face to face interview, I am entitled to feedback, and the fact that they cannot be bothered to send a simple one sentence email saying I haven't got the job is appalling. It reflects extremely poorly on the company, and I am very glad I have since found another position and will not be working for them.

Entretien
Started with recruiting at my college. After an info session on campus, I did a prerecorded interview. Never heard back. The questions were straight-forward and it was a little awkward to pre record them, but you can practice on a couple of questions before you record your actual interview.
