Consisted of digital interview, submitting a 2 minute recorded answer to a question, then a mechanical comprehension test to complete. Then a virtual video call with two young internal recruiters at Keyence who did not ask questions related to the job description. The two of them seemed to know very little about the role and engineering in general, showed very little enthusiasm too.

interview online made up of 3 questions where you only have one attempt to record followedby a mechanical test which will most likely be made of some maths and physics wuestion which they said should take 10 min.
primo colloquio con HR, solite domande (parlare di me, dimmi tre qualità, dimmi dei difetti, cosa porteresti nel team). Secondo colloquio con manager della divisione tecnica, scorrevole, nessuna domanda di carattere tecnico, sempre a livello conoscitivo. Il terzo sarebbe stati in inglese con amministratore delegato, peccato che dopo aver avuto feedback positivo per sostenerlo e comunicato che potevo farlo online non essendo a Milano, sono scomparsi.
