3 stage interview, 2 online and 1 trial day and presentation in person. First interview was relatively casual, second one a little harder. In person trial day was from 8am to 1pm, and involved an interview which was a copy paste of the online one. After spending all that time with me, they didn’t have the courtesy to provide me with a verdict - after several phonecalls covering the next month, they told me I had been rejected with no feedback, no email or anything (I had to call them to ask!). Really disingenuous, disappointing handling of an extensive final stage interview candidate, when I had made a presentation and spent a whole day there.

Se divide en 4 pasos el proceso de postulación, en este momento tuve la primera fase, una inducción por parte de la empresa, el cual explicaban tanto la empresa como el puesto el cual se aplicó, así como una llamada de 5-10 minutos con una encargada de recursos humanos.
