I was contacted by the HR department. I first made an interview via Hirevue, recording my answers and sending them through the app. The next day I received an email telling me that I was in the next round, and the next step was a live interview with my would be boss as well as the HR representative through Hirevue Live. The interview went pretty well, there was much insistence by the boss in me knowing what the job was and what it would involve to work with them, such as traveling 3 days a week, making plans and scheduling meetings with potential clients the other remaining days, etc. After the interview the HR person told me that they would be sending me a pair of tests. The first one was a personality test. It was long and tedious, but easy. The other one was the Bennet Mechanical Comprehension Test, which has basic questions related to basic mechanics. The day after I sent the tests I was told that I got the job, and sent me the job offer.
