The first phone interview was a 30 minute phone call, which consisted of all behavioral questions. They got back to me in a week or two saying I moved on to the next round which was a 15-30 minute phone call with one of the recruiters. This phone call was also all behavioral and they got back to me within two weeks saying I did not move on to next round.
