Easy and comfortable. They really focus on encouraging on being you and making sure that they get to know who you are as person. Very casual and laid back interview process.

Everyone was exceptionally friendly and was kept up-to-date every step of the way. Walked away with a really positive impression of the company and its people but ultimately was not made an offer. The only thing to note is that LinkedIn seems to be in an...odd place right now with the recent acquisition by Microsoft. The uncertainty was reflected in some of the conversations I had (e.g. multiple people expressing separately of uncertainty in how many days per wk would be spent in what office, if anything would impact their day-to-day etc) and there seemed like there was a lot of pressure to hire now while they could.
