professional, friendly, and focused on customer service. The interviewer asked about your experience, why you want to work for the brand, and how you would handle different customer situations. They look for confident, well-presented candidates who are passionate about luxury fashion, communicate well, and can provide an exceptional shopping experience.

Erstes Interview ca. 45 Minuten findet online mit HR statt, typische HR Fragen über bisherige Erfahrungen, Ausbildung, etc. Zweiter Schritt war ein Gespräch mit zwei Teamleitern im Store in Genf, auch hier Fragen zu bisheriger Erfahrung und zur Passion und Motivation für den Job.
