3 steps.
1. HR interview -approx 1 hrs max. Lot of soft skills questions, general small talk about expirience, English level check - if you can speak fluently.
2. Mtg with the customer- appeox 1.5-2 hrs. Lot of project management questions, case study and you need to answer what would you do and why. From time perspective all those cases applies in real projests on Daily basis - worst case scenario.

1h interview with another Product Manager.
The discussion was pleasant but quite low in quality regarding the assessment of my skills. After this interview we were supposed to have another interview with the client. The role was as a contractor.

Entretien
The position was to manage two development teams for BPM software for one of their clients.
I had 2 interviews. The first with a project manager was by phone, ended very soon as he learned I have a certificate on agile. The second with a program manager by skype (most likely he was a hiring manager). It was very detailed for 1,5h.
