The entire process was exciting. I didn't know what to expect going into it, but I knew that it would be worth it. I did a couple phone interviews and one in-person interview before being flown to SF for four in-person interviews. The process also included doing a marketing plan.

Spoke with 3-4 people on the phone, completed a marketing plan specific to the market I was applying for, then met with a few additional people in the office.
