Entretien
Recruiter screen, then phone screen with an admin, then in person with admin team, then in person with execs. Everyone was really nice, and on time. Recruiter and RCs were all great and they made the interview experience feel special. I don't remember my specific questions but they were all pretty standard interview questions about how I worked.

Entretien
I applied online and was contacted that same week by a recruiter to set up a phone interview. The phone interview went really well and I was excited to be invited for an in person interview at the Lyft HQ. I came in to the HQ and the recruiter gave me a goodie bag and a glass of water and a hand written card. The in-person interview was three hours and I spoke to six people, some over skype and some in person. It was really long and I was nervous and got tired. Overall, I feel privileged to have been invited in person because that must mean they liked me, but I don't think it was a good fit.

Entretien
Week 1 - 1 phone screen, and written assignment
Week 2 - 3 back-to-back google hangouts
Week 3 - 2 in person interviews & 1 google hangout
All interviews took place on Fridays which leads me to believe why the process took 3 weeks. Seems like they were ready to move quickly, but with scheduling it is not always easy! Great interviews everyone was charming and true to themselves. Once they decided I was qualified all interview questions were personality/get to know you better questions.
